Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Paloma Olguin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
