SHIPPING + DELIVERY


All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, California; Monday to Friday.

Please allow up to 2 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

Paloma Olguín is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

Please be advised that due to Covid-19, carriers are still experiencing delays. Accordingly, shipping times may take longer than listed and is outside our control.

 

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on regional zones + weight.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL. Prices at checkout exclude customs taxes and duties specific to the international customer’s government. Customers will be charged for taxes and duties once the package enters their country of delivery. All applicable taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer.
